Advanced Practice Provider Specializing in Perimenopause, Menopause and Urogynecology

As a welcomed addition to The Menopause Center, Meredith brings years of women’s health care in Urogynecology to our patients. Meredith has a particular interest in diagnosing and treating conditions such as urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, overactive bladder, and interstitial cystitis that can be related to age, childbirth and hormonal deficiencies.

Meredith is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over fifteen years of experience in the nursing field, with a focus on hormone replacement therapy and urogynecology. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Duquesne University. Meredith has practiced nursing “across the lifespan” from neonatal intensive care, family practice and primary care, oncology, as well as surgical subspecialties.

She is a member of the Menopause Society, the American Urological Association, and a CBUNA certified practitioner with a commitment to comprehensive pelvic health.

As a Certified Biote Provider, she can offer advanced Bioidentical Hormone Therapy (BHRT) options, to include hormone pellet therapy insertions, to address hormonal imbalances and improve quality of life. She is proficient in utilizing the Monalisa Touch laser for vaginal rejuvenation, providing non-invasive solutions for patients experiencing vaginal atrophy and related symptoms.

Meredith is dedicated to patient education, ensuring that women are empowered and well-informed about their conditions and treatment options. Her compassionate approach and expertise make her a trusted provider for women’s gynecological and pelvic health needs.

Like Lindsay, Meredith is also a native of northern Virginia and enjoys spending her free time with her husband, John, their two daughters, and Newfoundland dog named Duke.
