A $300 fee is charged if an appointment is not cancelled or changed within 48 hours of the scheduled time. The amount charged is based on the time reserved for the patient. If your appointment is on a Monday, the appointment must be changed or cancelled by 12 PM on Thursday, so we can fill the time with another patient.
